Bernard Matthews Farms has long been associated with Christmas because of our great tasting premium Golden Norfolk Turkey – the tasty centrepiece of many Christmas dinners for over 30 years. However turkey can be enjoyed all year round – not just at Christmas.

All our turkeys are 100% British and are reared on our farms in Norfolk, Suffolk and Lincolnshire, which are Quality British Turkey and Farm Assured (Red Tractor) certified.

Traditional ‘defrost and cook’ crowns and whole birds

• Ideal for serving to friends and family throughout the year, or at Christmas. You can choose from a variety of options including bronze and free-range whole birds and a variety of sizes from mini (serving 2-3 people) to extra large (serving 18 people).

Golden Norfolk Herb Basted Turkey

• A twist on our traditional frozen Golden Norfolk Turkey, our Herb Basted Turkey and Crown is ideal for those who love their trusted favourite but would like to try something a little different too. With its special recipe resulting in deliciously juicy and succulent British Turkey every time, and the subtle flavours of rosemary & thyme, you won’t have to lift a finger to create the perfect meal.

Oven-ready ‘cook-from-frozen’ joints

• Perfect for those weekend roasts or more spontaneous occasions and available with different options, from free range butter basted pork, sage and onion-stuffed, to butter-basted and bacon-topped. Plus, we’ve recently launched two NEW products – Turkey Roulade with sage, roast onion and apple seasoning and Turkey Ballotine with sticky fruit stuffing. None of our joints contain artificial colours or flavours.

• Serving four people, this frozen joint is ideal for contemporary lifestyles and if you’ve got a smaller number of mouths to feed this Christmas. NEW Bernard Matthews Farms Golden Norfolk Turkey Ballotine with Sticky Fruit Stuffing

• For the ultimate indulgent centrepiece to your Christmas dinner table, try our frozen Golden Norfolk Turkey Ballotine with Sticky Fruit Stuffing. It has a delicious sticky apricot and date fruit stuffing with just a little drop of port and brandy, and is garnished with maple cure bacon, prunes, apricots and bay leaves. Made from a combination of turkey breast and thigh meat, there’s something here for everyone and it makes a rich treat for a large party of 8-9 people. Simply remove the sleeve and cook in its ready to roast tray.
