1. Mix together the houmous and tomatoes and spread on each of the crostinis.
2. Roll a piece of the wafer thin turkey breast and place on top of the houmous.
3. Garnish with a piece of olive.
- 100g Bernard Matthews Farms Golden Norfolk Finely Sliced Turkey Breast
- 1 pack of small crostinis
- 1 pack houmous
- Sun dried or sun blushed tomatoes cut into small pieces
- Olives to garnish
