Preparation and Cooking

1. Heat oil in a large frying pan and gently cook the onion, garlic and red pepper.

2. Add the potatoes and fry until golden brown and crispy.

3. Add the turkey breast, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning, and heat through for a further 3-4 minutes.

4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately whilst still hot.

  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: 2 tbsp parsley, roughly chopped
